about errander

What is Errander?

Errander is a task marketplace starting in Sweden and aiming for the entire EU. You post exactly what you need with a budget, an identity-verified errander applies to do it, and money is released only when the task is done. No subscriptions, no lead fees — erranders keep 100% of what they earn.

How it works

1

Post a task

Describe what you need and set your own budget. It takes a minute.

2

An errander applies

Verified local erranders apply and you choose the one you trust.

3

Done and paid

Funds are held in escrow and released to the errander once you confirm the task is complete.

Why Errander exists

Existing platforms take too much

Most gig platforms take 20–30% of what the worker earns, plus fees on the other side. We charge a transparent platform fee from the poster — erranders keep everything.

Trust is not optional

Every errander is verified with ID document scanning and facial recognition before they can take tasks. No anonymous profiles. You know who's coming.

Built for the EU, not just Sweden

We're preparing for the EUDI Wallet — the EU's digital identity launching in 2026–2027. One verification that works across 27 countries, not just Sweden.

Your money is safe

All payments are held in escrow via Stripe. Funds aren't released until the poster confirms the task is done. Zero risk for either side.

One person, one vision, zero excuses

I believe the best marketplaces are built by people who have actually stood on both sides — who have needed help and couldn't find it, and who have wanted to earn money but weren't given the chance.

Errander didn't start with a pitch deck and a funding round. It started with a single question: why is it still so hard to find someone who can help you with everyday things — and why is it equally hard for that person to earn money doing it?

My name is Gustav Rukhadze and I'm building Errander alone from Gothenburg, Sweden. Every line of code, every design decision, every legal review — that's me. Not because I don't want a team, but because I want to prove the idea works before I ask anyone else to bet their time on it.

The vision is simple but ambitious: a single platform that works across the entire EU where anyone can post a task and anyone can complete it — with identity verification, escrow payments, and legal compliance built in from day one. Not another gig platform that treats workers as disposable resources. A marketplace where erranders keep 100% of what they earn and posters set their own budgets.

I don't have a Silicon Valley background. I don't have a VC holding my hand. What I have is stubbornness, a computer, and a city full of people who need help with things — and other people who can and want to do them. Gothenburg first. Then Sweden. Then the EU.

Frequently asked questions

What is Errander?

Errander is a task marketplace launching in Gothenburg and expanding across the EU. You post a task with a budget and a verified local errander completes it for payment.

Where is Errander available?

We're launching in Gothenburg and expanding to more cities in Sweden and the EU. The platform is available in Swedish and English.

How are erranders verified?

Every errander is ID-verified (ID document + face recognition) before they can get paid, so you know who you are hiring.

How does payment work?

Payment is handled securely via Stripe. Funds are held in escrow and released only once you confirm the task is done.

What does it cost to use Errander?

You set your own budget for each task. The platform fee is paid by the poster, so erranders keep 100% of what you agree on.

What kinds of tasks can I post?

Anything from deliveries and courier runs to cleaning, photo, assembly, gardening, verification and tech — within legal and appropriate limits.

Is Errander a company or a side project?

Errander is a real company built by a solo founder in Gothenburg. It's not venture-funded — it's built with personal capital, personal time, and a refusal to quit.

Does all payment go through Errander?

Yes, always. We will never ask you to pay outside the platform — that is always a scam. If someone asks you to Swish or pay directly, report it immediately via the Report button or hi@errander.eu.

How do I recognise a real email from Errander?

All emails from Errander come from @errander.eu. Never click links in emails that claim to be from Errander but come from a different sender. When in doubt — go directly to errander.eu instead of clicking the link.

Should I share personal details in the chat?

No. Never share passwords, BankID codes, card numbers or personal identity numbers with anyone who contacts you through a task. Errander never asks for this.

What do I do if I suspect fraud?

Report immediately via the Report button on the task or profile. Email hi@errander.eu. We review within 24 hours and freeze the account if needed.
