Senior HR Business Partner

We’re looking for a Senior HR Business Partner for a company in Karlskrona. Start is ASAP, 3-4 months limited contract. This role is 75% onsite in Karlskrona - 25% can be hybrid.

In addition to HR-related tasks, the candidate will also provide support to relatively complex areas to support, such as SCM and Tech, so experience in these areas (particularly engineering) would be a plus.

Assignment:

Senior HRBP to step in and provide management support for a short period of about 3 months.

Provide support to technical managers—i.e., engineers—in areas such as labor law, organizational matters, conflict resolution, etc. There may also be an opportunity to participate in the salary review process.

Knowledge of SuccessFactors and SAP systems is a plus.

The key requirement is that the candidate can start on short notice and be productive from day one. We don’t have much time for training since this is such a short-term assignment.

Main responsibilities:

Serve as a strategic HR partner to managers and leadership teams, and support the business in matters related to organizational structure, talent acquisition, performance, and change management.

Drive and implement HR processes in areas such as talent management, succession planning, employee development, performance management, and employee engagement.

Ensure close collaboration with HR Operations, HR Coordinators, and other HR specialists to deliver an efficient and quality-assured HR service to the business.

Support the business in matters related to labor law, labor-management relations, rehabilitation, and workforce transition, and ensure compliance with laws, policies, and collective bargaining agreements.

•Analyze HR data and key performance indicators to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement, and translate these insights into business-driven HR initiatives that strengthen the business’s results.

This role requires fluency in English and Swedish.
