For task posters
What does it cost to hire an errander?
You set the price yourself. Errander adds a 15% platform fee — that is the total you pay. No hidden fees.
How do I know the errander is trustworthy?
All erranders are ID-verified with ID scanning and face recognition before they can take tasks. You see their rating and number of completed tasks.
What if the errander doesn't show up?
You get a full refund. The errander receives a warning — repeated cancellations lead to suspension.
Can I cancel?
Yes, until the errander has accepted. After acceptance a 50 kr cancellation fee applies.
How does payment work?
You pay when you accept an errander — the money is held in escrow by Stripe. The errander never receives it until you have approved the task.
What if I'm not satisfied?
Don't approve the task. You have 24 hours from proof being submitted to confirm or open a dispute; our support team mediates from there. The money stays in escrow until it's resolved.
Can I hire the same errander again?
Yes. You see your task history and can contact a previous errander directly.
For erranders
How do I sign up?
Create an account, complete ID verification (about 2 minutes with your phone and an ID card or passport) and fill in your profile. Then you can start right away.
Do I need F-skatt?
No — you can register as a private individual. But you are responsible for declaring the income yourself. With F-skatt it is handled more simply.
How and when do I get paid?
Payment is sent to your Stripe account as soon as the poster approves the task. Your bank payout arrives automatically about 7 days after approval, per Stripe's payout schedule.
What if the poster cancels?
If they cancel after you have accepted, you receive 50 kr in compensation. If you have already started the task, compensation is assessed based on work done.
Do I have to take every task?
No. You choose which tasks to accept.
How do I report an inappropriate task?
Use the Report button on the task, or email hi@errander.eu. We review all reports within 24 hours.
