Strong knowledge of microcontrollers and embedded hardware.

Experience with RTOS and/or bare-metal software development.

Experience with bootloaders, startup code, memory management and hardware initialization.

Good understanding of interrupts, real-time behavior and peripheral interfaces.

Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills, including practical experience with target hardware and measurement equipment.

Strong programming skills in C++ and experience with Python for scripting, automation and testing.

Ability to analyze and solve complex hardware/software integration problems.

Meritorious qualifications

The following experience is considered an advantage:

Experience in automotive or other safety-critical embedded systems.

Experience with ARM-based microcontrollers.

Knowledge of CAN, CAN FD and automotive diagnostics.

Experience with functional safety.
