What you'll be doing:
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of project delivery managers, promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.
Develop team capabilities through mentoring, training, and performance management.
Manage workload distribution and prioritization to ensure efficient performance.
Project management:
Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budgets.
Establish and maintain effective project governance frameworks and methodologies.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues that may impact project outcomes.
